Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, or certain profiling activities. This page explains how to submit an applicable request to BestDoctorLoans.com, operated by TopSell Media, LLC.

Our Role

BestDoctorLoans.com is an educational and lead-generation platform. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, or financial institution. When you ask us to help identify potential mortgage programs, we may disclose inquiry information to participating lenders or service providers as described in our Privacy Policy and Lead Generation & Advertising Disclosure.

What “Sale” or “Sharing” May Mean

Privacy laws may define “sale” more broadly than an exchange of information for money. “Sharing” may include disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Some states use different terms, including targeted advertising. A transfer directed by you so that we can respond to your request or connect you with a participating lender may be treated differently under applicable law.

Submit an Opt-Out Request

To request that we not sell or share personal information where an applicable right exists, email privacy@bestdoctorloans.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share Request.”

Please provide only the information reasonably needed to locate your records:

• Your full name
• The email address or telephone number previously submitted to BestDoctorLoans.com
• Your state of residence
• A brief statement that you wish to opt out of applicable sale, sharing, or targeted advertising

Do not send a Social Security number, bank account information, credit report, government identification document, password, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Browser-Based Privacy Signals

Some browsers or extensions can send an opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control. Where required by applicable law and technically received, we will process a recognized signal for the browser or device that sends it. Because these signals may not identify you by name, submitting an email request may also be appropriate if you want the request associated with information previously provided through a form.

Authorized Agents

Where applicable law permits, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We may request reasonable documentation showing the agent’s authority and may contact you directly when legally permitted or required.

No Discrimination

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. Certain services may require the use or disclosure of information that is reasonably necessary to provide the service you request.

Verification and Response

Opt-out requests generally should not require verification beyond what is reasonably necessary to process the request. For other privacy requests, applicable law may require us to verify your identity. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and will explain if an exception applies.
